Safety is always our priority, and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and checked before every hire.

Important Anchoring Information

If your Gladiator Duel is being set up on a surface other than indoors or grass, it must be securely bolted to the ground using a drill and 8mm ground anchors.

This is essential for safety and there is no alternative method of securing inflatables on these surfaces. We appreciate your understanding — the safety of all users always comes first.

Overnight & Multi-Day Hire

Overnight hires run until the following morning, with collection available from 8:00am.

Bookings lasting two days or more are classed as multi-day bookings.

Deposit & Cancellation Information

A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a refund

• Cancellations after this point are refundable only in the event of adverse weather conditions
