my boy thoroughly enjoyed the Football Bouncy Castle as did all his family and friends. Quality communication and fantastic delivery and pick up service. We are local to the depot which meant our castle was delivered 4 hours earlier than we'd booked for and didnt pay a penny more. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended to family and friends. Thanks again

Brilliant customer service! Would recommend to anyone who's looking for a bouncy castle for the day! We got Spider Man Artwork Bouncy Castle 12ft x 15ft and my little man absolutely loved it! Thanks bnb's for making his day special!!

Fantastic service today !!!!! The children had a brilliant day and we had the bouncy castle for a great amount of time!!!!! Got a phone call before saying when it was going to be dropped off and saw them come early to pick it up but they waited till 7pm to collect as they said they would. Couldn't be happier and would definitely use gain and recommend!!!!! thank you

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Came around 10.30am picked up at7pm! Kids played all day they loved it. Absolutely brill and the guy was sound who came to collect it and was more than happy to come 20 mile at 7pm on a saturday night for us! TOP PEOPLE.

We hired the Brand new Paw Patrol bouncy castle for our daughters birthday party today, all the staff are absolutely fantastic (over the phone, email and the guys who installed and put the bouncy castle up). The bouncy castle arrived at 8am and the guys picked it up at a 7.30pm as agreed. Great value for money. I would 100% recommend and use again.

Me & my partner booked the Princess combo castles & will definitely be booking every time with these guys now. We have the bounce combo absolutely ages! It was huge! The team are all amazing in the office and the guys who set up. The guys who set up where friendly, polite and great with my over excited little girl! Had the inflatable up super quick with no fussing. They even secured down all the wiring so none of the children tripped. Great value for money. Made my little girls birthday perfect! 10/10 from us.

Got my daughters bouncy castles last year she was so happy now to book this years.

Bnb's inflatable hire helped us out last minute when another company let us down last minute for my sons 6th birthday party! We would have had one disappointed boy if it wasn't for them! Great service my little boy and his friends had hours of fun on the Spider Man Artwork Bouncy Castle 12ft x 15ft.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from the first phone call to the delivery and picking up of the bouncy castle. The lads who delivered and picked up were friendly and polite and cheerful. Kids had hours of fun and my nephews birthday was made that extra bit special thanks to Bnb's. Excellent service and great value for money. Professional and friendly staff who arrived early and provided a great friendly service. Clean and good quality bouncy castles which everyone enjoyed. Very reasonable priced and the price quoted was the price we paid, no hidden or additional charges. I would highly recommend Bnb's inflatable hire.

Would definitely recommend. Reliable, affordable Bouncy Castles and Mascots. They have some of the best characters on their castles. More or less any you can think of.
Also would like to say how understanding they are as I had booked the Olaf mascot for my daughter last year, but the customer before us had ruined the Olaf suit, so they gave us two bouncy castles and offered us a different mascot. Was really pleased with the customers service. I'd rate these ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service on a last minute bouncy castle this weekend. There was an issue with the first bouncy castle delivered which they were unaware of. However I have still given them 5 stars because of the way they sorted it out for me - so quickly and professionally. Everything was ready in time for the party. Excellent service and would highly recommend. The delivery guys and text/telephone contact could not have been more helpful.
